偏光膜染色工艺初探

摘　　要：随着车载偏光片市场需求越来越大,需要具有偏光片性能高且耐久性优异的偏光片,染料系偏光片具有优异的耐久性能,常用于车载偏光片。本文通过探讨了二色性染料在不同染色工艺包括染色时间、染色温度、不同的促染助剂及其用量、超声波染色等,对染色PVA膜素子的透过率光学影响,分析了不同染色工艺对PVA膜的上染效果,明确了提高PVA膜素子上染率的工艺条件。对于染料系高耐久偏光膜的染色工艺具有重要的指导意义。With the increasing market demand for vehicle-mounted polarizers,there is a need for polarizers with high polarizer performance and excellent durability.Dye-based polarizers have excellent durability and are often used in vehicle-mounted polarizers.The optical influence of dichroic dyes on the transmittance of dyed PVA film elements in different dyeing processes was discussed,including dyeing time,dyeing temperature,different dye accelerating auxiliaries and their dosages,and ultrasonic dyeing,and the different dyeing processes were analyzed.The dye uptake effect of PVA film clarified the process conditions to improve the dye uptake rate of PVA film element.It was important for guiding significance for the dyeing process of the dye-based high-durability polarizing film.
