摘　　要：骨疏宁片是我院院内制剂,用于治疗骨质疏松症,疗效确切,临床应用广泛。本实验对骨疏宁片的浸出物浸出方法、提取溶剂、取样量、提取体积等因素进行了考察,最终确定骨疏宁片浸出方法为热浸法,取样量为3 g,提取溶剂为75%乙醇,提取体积为75 mL。本实验制定了骨疏宁片浸出物测定方法,该方法可列入骨疏宁片质量标准正文,为骨疏宁片质量控制提供了依据。Gushuning tablet is a preparation in our hospital.It is used to treat osteoporosis with definite curative effect and widely used in clinic.The extraction method,extraction solvent,sample size and extraction volume of Gushuning tables were investigated.The extraction method of Gushuning tablets was hot leaching with sampling quantity of 3 g,and 75 mL of 75%ethanol.A method for the determination of the extract of Gushuning tablets was developed.The method can be included in the text of quality standard of Gushuning tablets.It provided a basis for quality control of Gushuning tablets.
