摘  要:为比较研究土壤镉含量测定中电热板消解与微波消解2种前处理方式的消解效果,为检测人员在土壤镉测定的前处理方法上提供参考,通过电热板与微波消解对土壤标准样进行前处理,使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪来测定土壤中的镉含量,结果表明:电热板消解测定的镉含量平均值为0.404 mg/kg、标准偏差为0.0105 mg/kg、RSD为2.60%、准确度为11.11%,提取率为88.89%;微波消解法测定的平均值为0.430 mg/kg、标准偏差为0.0091 mg/kg、RSD为2.12%、准确度为4.44%,提取率为95.56%。2种前处理方式测定结果都在允许范围内,但微波消解法的精密度和准确度优于电热板法,测定的镉含量也大于电热板法。综上,2种方法都满足实验要求,可根据检测目的及实验室条件合理选择前处理方法。In order to study the effect of electrothermal board digestion and microwave digestion in determining the cadmium content in soil,and provide some reference for inspectors,the soil standards were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption method.The results showed that in board group,the average content was 0.404 mg/kg,the standard deviation was 0.0105 mg/kg,and RSD was 2.60%,the accuracy rating was 11.11%,and the extraction rating was 88.89%.In the microwave group,the average content was 0.430 mg/kg,the standard deviation was 0.0091 mg/kg,and RSD was 2.12%,the accuracy rating was 4.44%,and the extraction rating was 95.56%.The two digestions to determine the cadmium content in soil were all in allowable limits,but the precision and accuracy of microwave digestion were better than the board digestion,and the content was also higher than the board digestion.In conclusion,the two digestions all met the determining requirements.The digestion method can be chosen according to determining purpose and laboratory conditions.
