摘 要:【目的】探讨生长素吲哚乙酸(IAA)和螯合剂谷氨酸N,N-二乙酸(GLDA)施用对Cd-Pb复合污染土壤上龙葵生长及重金属吸收的影响,为土壤重金属污染修复提供依据。【方法】通过盆栽试验,研究IAA单施、GLDA单施以及IAA与GLDA联合施用条件下龙葵的株高、鲜质量、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、抗氧化酶活性以及地上部Cd和Pb含量等指标变化。【结果】龙葵的地上部鲜质量在单独施用IAA时较对照显著增加12.87%(P<0.05),单独施用GLDA时则显著降低16.15%(P<0.05),两者联用时与对照相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。单独施用GLDA还使龙葵叶片的丙二醛含量显著增加20.05%(P<0.05),而抗氧化酶活性呈降低趋势。此外,IAA与GLDA联用提高了土壤有效态Cd含量,促进龙葵对Cd的吸收;与对照相比,龙葵地上部Cd含量和地上部Cd提取量分别显著增加31.36%和36.98%(P<0.05),但对Pb吸收的影响不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】IAA与GLDA联合施用能强化龙葵对Cd-Pb复合污染土壤的修复。[Purpose]The effects of auxin:indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and chelator:L-glutamic acid N,N-diacetic acid(GLDA)on the growth and heavy metal uptake of Solanum nigrum L.in Cd-Pb contaminated soil were investigated to provide basis for remediation of soil heavy metal pollution.[Method]The plant height,fresh weight,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content,antioxid-ant enzyme activity,shoot Cd and Pb content of S.nigrum were studied by pot experiment,under IAA,GLDA and IAA+GLDA application,respectively.[Result]The shoot fresh weight of S.ni-grum significantly increased by 12.87%when IAA was added alone(P<0.05),while significantly de-creased by 16.15%when GLDA was applied alone(P<0.05).The combination of IAA and GLDA had no significant effect on the shoot fresh weight of S.nigrum(P>0.05).The MDA content of S.ni-grum leaves significantly increased by 20.05%(P<0.05),while the activities of antioxidant enzymes decreased when GLDA was used alone.In addition,IAA combined with GLDA increased soil avail-able Cd and promoted the uptake of Cd by S.nigrum.Compared with the control,the content and the extraction amount of Cd in shoot significantly increased by 31.36%and 36.98%(P<0.05),respect-ively,and had no significant effect on Pb(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The combined application of IAA and GLDA can enhance the phytoremediation of S.nigrum in Cd-Pb contaminated soil.
