摘 要:【目的】研究不同多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)品种对土壤镉(Cd)和砷(As)的富集能力,筛选积累能力高的多年生黑麦草品种,以期为Cd和As污染土壤的恢复治理提供参考依据。【方法】采用盆栽试验,研究31个多年生黑麦草品种在Cd和As污染土壤中的生长指标、对重金属Cd和As的积累特性及品种间差异;采用聚类分析和隶属函数法对Cd和As富集特性进行综合评价。【结果】31个多年生黑麦草在Cd和As污染土壤中均能正常生长,但品种间存在差异,利达(Lida)、雅晴(Yatsyn)和海湾(Bay)生长状况较好,闪电(Flash Green)、金牌(Turfgold)和绿拓(Turfsun)生长状况较差;31个品种的根部Cd和As含量均高于地上部;除少数品种外,多年生黑麦草对Cd的富集和转运系数均高于As;综合评价中排名前3的为海湾(Bay)、大瀑布(Nicaragua)和墨绿(Holly Green)。【结论】多年生黑麦草对土壤中Cd和As主要富集于根部,对Cd的富集能力更强。海湾、大瀑布和墨绿具有较强的Cd和As富集能力,可优先考虑作为Cd和As复合污染土壤修复的植物材料。[Purpose]To study the Cd and As enrichment ability of different perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.)cultivars in soil.The perennial ryegrass cultivars with high enrichment ability were selected to provide a reference basis for the restoration and treatment of Cd and As contaminated soil.[Methods]Thirty-one cultivars of perennial ryegrass in Cd and As contaminated soils were used in pot experiments to investigate growth indicators,cumulative characteristics and inter cultivar differences.The enrichment characteristics of Cd and As were comprehensively evalu-ated by cluster analysis and membership function method.[Results]Thirty-one cultivars of peren-nial ryegrass could still grow normally in Cd and As contaminated soil,but there were differences among cultivars.Lida,Yatsyn and Bay grew better,but Flash Green,Turfgold and Turfsun grew worse.The contents of Cd and As in the roots of 31 cultivars were higher than in shoots.Except for a few cultivars,perennial ryegrass showed a higher bioconcentration and translocation factor for Cd than As.The top three in the comprehensive evaluation were Bay,Nicaragua and Holly Green.[Conclusion]The accumulation of Cd and As by perennial ryegrass is mainly concentrated in the roots,which are more capable of Cd enrichment.Bay,Nicaragua and Holly Green have strong enrich-ment ability of Cd and As,which can be prioritized as plant materials for the remediation of Cd and As composite contaminated soils.
