摘  要:文中针对目前国内对于道床脱开、伸缩缝开裂等隧道结构病害自动化监测手段不足等问题,结合光纤光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating,FBG)传感技术,研发了用于隧道结构常见病害监测的光纤光栅变形传感器,为国内隧道结构常见病害监测提供了新的选择。通过工程试验和工程应用发现,该传感器监测性能稳定、精度高,可适应于隧道结构长期监测,解决了部分隧道病害无法实时监测的问题,可有效提高隧道结构监测管理水平,为隧道结构周围工程的安全施工提供有效保障,可在隧道与地下工程监测中推广应用。In this paper,in view of the current shortages of the monitoring method for the tunnel structure disease such as the tunnel bed disengagement and the telescopic seams cracking,combined with the fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensing technology,the fiber Bragg grating deformation sensor for the tunnel structure common disease monitoring was developed and produced,which provided the new choice to the domestic tunnel structure common disease monitoring in China.In the engineering test and project application,it was found that the sensor had the stable monitoring performance and the high monitoring accuracy,and the sensor was capable for the long-term monitoring of the tunnel structure,which could solve the problem that some tunnel diseases weren’t monitoring in real time and improve effectively the monitoring and management level of the tunnel structure.This sensor provided the effective guarantee for the safe construction of the projects around the tunnel structure,and could be popularized and applied in the tunnel and the engineering monitoring in the underground.
