摘  要:现代工业控制生产中,通常需要对锅炉液位、油罐液位和化工液位等特殊场合中的液位进行实时监测与预警,而大多数液体本身具有毒性、腐蚀性和刺激性,不能依靠人工来完成液位的实时监控,为了解决这一问题,文中以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,设计了基于单片机的差压式液位监控系统,完成系统的硬件电路设计和软件编程设计,使用组态软件制作了监控画面,采用Proteus完成了系统仿真与调试,该系统可以实现液位的实时监测、调整、报警以及数据报表上传,达到了预期的设计目标。经测试该系统可以实现安全、稳定运行,具有良好的推广价值。In modern industrial control production,it is usually necessary to conduct real-time monitoring and early warning of the liquid level in special occasions such as boiler liquid level,oil tank liquid level and chemical liquid level. Most liquids are toxic,corrosive and irritating,and cannot be relied upon. To complete the real-time monitoring of the liquid level manually,in order to solve this problem,the AT89 S52 single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core,and a differential pressure liquid level monitoring system based on the single-chip microcomputer is designed,the hardware circuit design and software programming design of the system are completed, and using configuration software the monitoring screen was made,and the system simulation and debugging was completed by using Proteus.The system can realize real-time monitoring,adjustment,alarm and data report upload of the liquid level,achieving the expected design goals. The tested system can realize safe and stable operation and has good promotion value.
