摘 要:研究了几内亚某铝土矿化学成分和物相组成,考察溶出温度对溶出α_(k)、稀释脱硅和沉降效果的影响,结果表明:同等溶出率下,溶出温度从150℃提至250℃时,溶出α_(k)从1.37降至1.32。进一步提高溶出温度对降低水解、溶液硅量指数,精液过饱和度有促进作用,采用高温溶出可适当缩短溶出停留时间,减少石英反应率,保证三水/一水软混合型铝土矿利用的经济性。The chemical composition and mineralogical composition of a Guinea bauxite were studied,and the effect of digestion temperature on the degistion α_(k),dilution desilication and settling rate was investigated.The results showed that at the same digestion rate,when the digestion temperature increased from 150℃to 250℃,the digestion α_(k) decreased from 1.37 to 1.32.It helps lower the hydrolysis,the liquor siliceous modulus and the supersaturation of liquor to precipitation by further increasing the digestion temperature.With the adoption of high temperature digestion,the residence time can be shortened properly to reduce quartz reaction rate,so as to ensure the economical utilization of gibbsite/boehmite mixed bauxite.
