摘 要:铝电解生产过程中主要由于氧化铝浓度偏低导致阳极效应发生,电解槽中氧化铝浓度主要与槽控系统氧化铝浓度参数设置、氧化铝性能和电解质体系对氧化铝的溶解能力相关。在氧化铝性能和电解质体系相对稳定的情况下,阳极效应主要与槽控系统氧化铝浓度参数控制有关。本文针对某300 kA更换槽控系统后,阳极效应偏多的现象,分析了阳极效应增多的主要原因,对氧化铝浓度参数进行了调整,调整后效应系数平均降低了近40%,效应分摊电压降低15 mV,电流效率提高0.32%,折合吨铝节电100 kWh,氧化铝浓度参数调控效果显著,本研究可为铝电解降低阳极效应提供数据参考。In the process of aluminum electrolysis,the anode effect is mainly caused by the low alumina concentration.The alumina concentration in aluminum pot is mainly related to the parameter setting of alumina concentration in the pot control system,the alumina performance and the alumina solubility in the bath system.In the case of relatively stable alumina performance and bath system,the anode effect is mainly related to the control of alumina concentration parameters in the pot control system.In view of the phenomenon of more anode effects after a 300 kA pot control system was replaced,the main reasons for the increased anode effects were analyzed,and the alumina concentration parameters were adjusted.After such adjustment,the effect coefficient was reduced by nearly 40%,the effect sharing voltage was reduced by 15 mV,the current efficiency increased by 0.32%,which was equivalent to 100 kWh per ton of aluminum,and the control effect of alumina concentration parameter was significant.This study can provide data reference for aluminum electrolysis to reduce anode effect.
