摘 要:介绍了3104铝合金扁锭的化学成分和质量要求,从炉料选择、清洗炉、电解铝液预处理、虹吸管转注、炉料添加顺序及方式、3104铝合金熔炼、炉内精炼、线净化处理、低液位铸造结晶器的选择和铸造工艺参数确定等方面探讨了大规格3104铝合金扁锭的熔铸工艺。分析了大规格3104铝合金扁锭表面偏析瘤产生的原因,提出并实施了控制表面偏析瘤缺陷的措施,制备出了符合用户质量要求的3104铝合金扁锭。The chemical composition and quality requirements of 3104 aluminum alloy slab were introduced,and the melting-casting technology of large-sized 3104 aluminum alloy slab was explored from the perspectives of charging materials selection,cleaning and washing furnaces,pretreatment of electrolytic aluminum liquid,aluminum melt transferring with siphon,charging sequence and method,3104 aluminum alloy melting,refining within the holding furnace,in-line purification,selection of low-liquid level casting mould and determination of casting process parameters.The causes of surface segregation tumors of large-sized 3104 aluminum alloy slab were analyzed,and some measures to control surface segregation tumors were put forward and implemented.At last,the large-sized 3104 aluminum slab which could meet the customer's quality requirements were produced.
