摘 要:基于韩江流域枯水期水量调度实践,简要介绍了韩江流域水资源分配成果,系统总结了韩江流域骨干水量调度工程体系构成、主要采取的水量调度措施及可以推广应用的调度经验。并以2020年10月至2021年3月枯水期韩江流域水量调度为例,对应对流域历史罕见旱情,实施流域水量统一、科学、精准调度,确保流域供水安全和生态安全进行了分析总结。Based on the practice of water regulation in dry season in Hanjiang River Basin,this paper briefly introduces the results of water resources allocation in Hanjiang River Basin,systematically summarizes the system composition of backbone water regulation projects in Hanjiang River Basin,the main water regulation measures taken and the experience that can be popularized and applied.Taking the water regulation of Hanjiang River Basin during the dry season from October 2020 to March 2021 as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes how to deal with the rare drought in the history of the basin,implement the unified,scientific and accurate water regulation of the basin,and ensure the water supply security and ecological security of the basin.
