摘 要:施工开挖出露的地质条件和高边坡稳定等因素是决定泄洪形式和泄洪建筑物布置的关键。永红山塘土石坝整治工程,由于左岸地形高陡及右岸岸坡施工开挖出露的高边坡不稳定安全隐患,不宜继续修建岸坡溢洪道。根据施工现场情况,结合工程特性,设计将溢洪道优化调整为直接布置在土石坝坝体上的坝身溢洪道方案。设计论证成果和蓄水运行检验表明:对于坝址两岸溢洪道修建条件有限且泄洪单宽流量不大的中、低土石坝,将溢洪道布置在土石坝坝体的坝身溢洪道新技术可行、经济。The topographical and geological conditions exposedby construction excavation and the high slope stability are the key factors to determine the flood discharge form and the flood discharge buildings ’layout.The poor topographic and geological conditions on the left bank and the hidden dangerous of high slope instability exposed byconstruction and excavation at the right bank,it is not suitable to continue to build the bankspillway in YongHongPond earth rock dam regulation project.According to the construction site conditions and the engineering characteristics,the spillway on embankment damdesign scheme with spillway directly arranged on the earth rock dam has been optimized and adjusted.The design demonstration results and water storage operation inspection show that the spillway on embankment dam new technologyofearth-rock dam is feasible and economical for medium and low earth rock dams with limited construction conditions for spillways on both sides and small flood discharge per unit.
