摘 要:为快速、准确地鉴定百合的倍性,在显微镜下观测了不同倍性百合叶表皮的气孔性状。通过文献查阅,明确了210份百合的倍性。以气孔密度为横坐标、气孔周长为纵坐标,制作百合气孔的散点图,以24个倍性已知的百合为参照,划分出不同倍性的分布区域:二倍体的气孔周长范围为57.75~70.05μm、气孔密度为42.63~97.37个/mm^(2);三倍体的气孔周长范围为70.42~93.59μm、气孔密度为24.73~46.84个/mm^(2);四倍体的气孔周长范围为99.44~113.69μm、气孔密度为17.36~28.42个/mm^(2)。以此为依据,明确了68份百合的倍性,有8个品种处于三倍体与二倍体分布区交集处,倍性有待进一步确定。总之,以大量倍性已知的百合为参照,结合表皮气孔周长和密度特征,可以在早期快速鉴定百合的倍性。In order to quickly and accurately identify the ploidy of lily accessions,stomatal characteristic of leaf epidermis were observed by optical microscope.210 lily ploidies were identified based on relevant literature.Stomatal density was taken as abscissa,and stomatal circumference was taken as ordinate.The scatter plot of lily stomata was made.The distribution areas of ploidy level of 100 lily accessions were given based on characteristics of circumference and density of stomata,and the 24 lilies were taken as references.The results showed that stomatal circumference of diploids ranged from 57.75μm to 70.05μm,and density ranged from 42.63 to 97.37 cells/mm^(2).The stomatal circumference and stomatal density of triploids ranged from 70.42 to 93.59μm and 24.73 to 46.84 cells/mm^(2).The stomatal circumference and stomatal density of tetraploids ranged from 99.44 to 113.69μm and 17.36 to 28.42 cells/mm^(2).Based on those information,68 lily accessions were identified.Eight cultivars were distributed at the intersection of triploid and diploid distribution,and the ploidy needed to be further determined.In conclusion,combined characteristics of stomatal circumstance and density of leaf epidermis,taken ploidy-known lilies as references,lily ploidy can be identified as early and easy as possible.
