公羊学与汉代政治——由海昏侯墓所出《春秋》类简牍引发  

Gongyang Studies and the Politics of Han Dynasty:A Study Triggered by the Bamboo Slips of the Spring and Autumn Unearthed from the Tomb of Marquis Haihun

摘　　要：海昏侯墓新出《春秋》类简牍,据北京大学简牍整理小组的整理和释读,发现与《公羊传》关系密切。海昏侯墓《春秋》类简牍,反映了西汉中期公羊学的发展状况,折射出公羊学与汉代政治的密切关系。依据所见汉代文献,对汉代人引用公羊学思想的事例进行细致梳理,可以发现,公羊学被广泛应用于当时政治、法律、社会生活等各个领域,成为上自皇帝下至士人普遍引用的理论指导思想,对汉代政治产生了重大影响。The collation and interpretation of the collation group of the bamboo slips of Peking University show that Spring and Autumn,the bamboo slips unearthed in the tomb of Marquis Haihun,are closely related to Gongyang Zhuan,also known as The Gongyang Commentary on the Spring and Autumn Annals.This type of bamboo slips in the tomb of Marquis Haihun reflects the development of Gongyang studies in the middle of the Western Han Dynasty and the close relationship between Gongyang studies and the politics of the Han Dynasty.Based on the literature of the Han Dynasty,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the cases of quoting Gongyang studies in the Han Dynasty,and finds that the frequency of quoting Gongyang studies in the Eastern Han Dynasty is higher than that in the Western Han Dynasty.Facts have proved that Gongyang studies were applied in politics,law,social life and other fields in the Han Dynasty and became a commonly cited theory of the guiding ideology from emperors down to scholars.
