摘 要:桥梁工程属于大型系统性工程,尤其是对于桥梁基础工程来说,基础工程施工效果的好坏直接关系到桥梁结构的安全性与稳定性。同时,水中桩基础施工是最难控制的隐蔽工程,跨江跨海桥梁工程通常要求设计为百年工程。已在运营使用的跨海跨江大桥,由于江河复杂的水文环境,水中混凝土工程极易遭到腐蚀并破坏,而且一旦破坏维修工程较难实施。因此,在桥梁项目建设中,为了满足桥梁工程的安全性与稳定性,文章立足实际,对汉江大桥水上平台钻孔桩施工质量管控技术要点进行研究,阐述了汉江大桥工程的基本资料,从水上平台钻孔桩施工过程以及质量控制内容等方面对该技术工艺的控制思路解析。实践表明,在搭建水上平台以及钻孔灌注施工时需做好工艺控制以及施工管理,可提升工程项目质量,对推进桥梁工程建设进度具有一定借鉴。Bridge engineering is a large-scale systematic engineering.Especially for bridge foundation engineering,The construction effect of foundation engineering is directly related to the safety and stability of bridge structure.At the same time,the construction of underwater pile foundation is the most difficult concealed project to control.The river and sea crossing bridge project is usually required to be designed as a Centennial Project.In the sea and river crossing bridge already in operation,due to the complex hydrological environment of the river,the underwater concrete project is very easy to be corroded and damaged,and once damaged,the maintenance project is difficult to implement.Therefore,in the bridge project construction,to meet the safety and stability of the bridge project,based on the reality,this paper studies the key technical points of construction quality control of bored piles on the water platform of Hanjiang Bridge.This paper first expounds the basic data of Hanjiang Bridge project,and then analyzes the control idea of this technology from the aspects of construction process and quality control content of bored pile on water platform.It can be seen from practice that the process control and construction management during the construction of water platform and drilling pouring construction can improve the project quality,which is of great significance to improve the construction progress and construction effect of bridge engineering.
