降纤治疗高血浆纤维蛋白原突发性耳聋的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对不同血浆纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)水平突发性耳聋患者进行降纤治疗,以探讨其效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年6月在抚顺市第二医院进行治疗突发性耳聋患者100例,按照患者FIB水平是否>4 g/L分为高FIB组50例和对照组50例(正常FIB水平),所有患者在常规治疗基础上均给予巴曲酶治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后不同时间点血浆FIB水平均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高FIB组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间未见出血等不良反应发生。结论对于突发性耳聋伴有血浆FIB升高的患者,应用巴曲酶进行治疗,具有更好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of defibrinogen therapy in patients with sudden deafness with different plasma fibrinogen(FIB)levels.Methods A total of 100 patients with sudden deafness treated in The Second Hospital of Fushun from January 2018 to June 2020 were divided into high FIB group(N=50 cases)and normal FIB control group(N=50 cases)according to whether the plasma fibrinogen(FIB)level was>4 g/L.All patients were treated with batroxobin on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The plasma FIB levels of the two groups at different time points after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of high FIB group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions,such as bleeding,occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Batroxobin is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness with elevated plasma FIB.
