益肾通淋汤辅助治疗良性前列腺增生症术后膀胱过度活动症效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在常规西药治疗基础上加用益肾通淋汤辅助治疗良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)术后膀胱过度活动症(overactive bladder,OAB)的临床效果。方法收集2018年1月—2020年12月盘锦市中医医院收治的老年BPH术后合并OAB患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用坦索罗辛胶囊,观察组在其基础上加用益肾通淋汤。比较两组治疗4周后的中医证候评分、前列腺血清指标和西医量表评分改善情况。结果两组经治疗后,观察组尿频评分、尿急评分、尿等待评分、排尿不尽评分、总前列腺特异抗原、前列腺素E2、国际前列腺症状评分、膀胱过度活动症症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾通淋汤辅助治疗BPH术后OAB,可以进一步改善患者的临床症状和前列腺血清学标志物,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Tonglin Decoction on postoperative overactive bladder(overactive bladder,OAB)of benign prostatic hyperplasia(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH).Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with BPH complicated with OAB treated in Panjin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Tamsulosin capsule was used in the control group,and Yishen Tonglin Decoction was added in the observation group.The improvement of Chinese medicine syndrome score,prostate serum index and Western medicine scale score were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,the urinary frequency score,urgency score,urine waiting score,incomplete micturition score,total prostate specific antigen,prostaglandin E_(2),international prostate symptom score and overactive bladder symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Tonglin Decoction can further improve the clinical symptoms and prostate serological markers of patients with OAB after BPH,which is worthy of clinical application.
