摘　　要：抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎是一组以血清中可检出ANCA为特征的坏死性血管炎,主要累及小血管,包括显微镜下多血管炎(MPA)、肉芽肿性多血管炎(GPA)和嗜酸性肉芽肿性多血管炎(EGPA)。嗜酸性粒细胞是一种具有促炎和免疫调节等作用的多功能细胞,目前,嗜酸性粒细胞与ANCA相关性血管炎的关系逐渐得到学界的重视,MPA中外周血嗜酸性粒细胞较健康对照者降低,GPA局部组织中可出现嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,而对于EGPA,嗜酸性粒细胞的组织浸润是其发病机制之一,嗜酸性粒细胞增多为其诊断的重要分类标准之一,也是其治疗的重要靶点。Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)-associated vasculitis is a group of necrotizing vasculitis characterized by ANCA in serum,which mainly involves small vessels,including microscopic polyangiitis(MPA),granulomatous polyangiitis(GPA)and eosinophilic granulomatous polyangiitis(EGPA).Eosinophils are multifunctional cells that can promote inflammation and immune regulation.Recently,the correlation between eosinophils and ANCAassociated vasculitis has gradually drawn academic attention.The number of eosinophils in peripheral blood in MPA is lower than that in healthy control group.Eosinophilic infiltration can be found in local tissues of GPA.As for EGPA,tissue infiltration of eosinophils is one of its pathogeneses.Eosinophilia is one of the important classification criteria for its diagnosis and an important target for its treatment.
