摘　　要：IgG_(4)相关性疾病(Immunoglobulin-G4 related disease,IgG4-RD)是一种免疫介导的慢性炎症伴纤维化疾病,可累及全身多器官,并逐渐进展导致器官功能障碍,从而危及生命。近年来,随着对IgG4-RD发病机制的深入认识和相关临床试验的开展,IgG4-RD的临床诊断和治疗都取得很大进展。Immunoglobulin-G4-related disease(IgG4-RD)is an immune-mediated disease characterized by chronic inflammation and fibrosis,which can do damage to multiple organs progressively and eventually leads to organ dysfunction,thus threatening life.With the deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of IgG4-RD and the conduction of related clinical trials in recent years,great progress has been achieved in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of IgG4-RD.
