摘 要:为研究超低比转速复合式离心泵内部流动特性,以一台比转速为16、半开式复合叶轮离心泵为研究对象,应用ANSYS-Fluent19R1软件对模型泵进行三维全流场数值模拟计算,得出泵内部流场及作用在叶轮、蜗壳上的径向力分布规律。结果表明:在不同流量工况下,随着流量的增加,在隔舌附近出现较大的压力梯度;在长叶片与短叶片相间隔流道内低速区面积较大、叶轮出口处分布较多的旋涡;当流量从0.2倍增加至1.8倍额定流量时,作用在蜗壳上的径向力幅值逐渐减小,作用在叶轮上的径向力幅值先减小后增加,在1.0倍额定流量时径向力幅值达到最小,而后增大。为超低比转速复合式离心泵的设计优化提供参考。In order to study the internal flow characteristics of the ultra-low specific speed compound centrifugal pump,a semi-open compound impeller centrifugal pump with a specific speed of 16 was taken as the research object.The three-dimensional full flow field numerical simulation was carried out on the model pump by using ANSYS-Fluent19R1 software,and the internal flow field of the pump and the radial force distribution law acting on the impeller and volute were obtained.The results show that under different flow conditions,with the increase of flow,a large pressure gradient appears near the tongue.The low speed area in the long and short blade interval flow passage is larger,and more vortices are distributed at the outlet of the impeller.When the flow rate increases from 0.2 to 1.8 times rated flow,the radial force amplitude acting on the volute decreases gradually,while the radial force amplitude acting on the impeller decreases first and then increases.At 1.0 times rated flow,the radial force amplitude reaches the minimum and then increases.It provides a reference for the design optimization of the compound centrifugal pump with ultra-low specific speed.
