摘  要:对活塞式弹簧减压阀调定误差的产生机理和影响因素进行了分析,并通过试验验证了理论分析的正确性。结果证明:活塞式弹簧减压阀调定误差主要与进出口压力、活塞摩擦力、阀芯密封角度、活塞面积和阀座面积有关。为减小活塞式弹簧减压阀的调定误差,应减小敏感活塞摩擦力,同时应合理设置阀芯密封角度、敏感活塞面积及阀座孔面积。This paper theoretically analyzed both the mechanism and influence factor of the pressure set-up error in a spring load pressure regulator with sensing piston.The theoretical analysis was demonstrated by a series of experiments.Both the theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the pressure set-up error was mainly related to the inlet-outlet pressure,the friction of the sensitive piston,the sealing angle of the spool,the sensitive area of the piston,and the flow area of valve seat.In order to weaken the pressure set-up error,it is necessary to decrease the friction of the sensitive piston,to rationally setting the sealing angle of the spool,the sensitive area of the piston,and the flow area of valve seat.
