摘  要:差动阀是具有R型机能的比例方向阀,无需借助外部元件,即可构成差动回路。通过推导得出了差动阀控非对称缸系统在稳态下系统的压力特性、承载范围和速度-负载特性。与常规阀控非对称缸系统进行对比分析,指出了差动阀控非对称缸系统一些独有的特性,如空载下油缸正反向速度增益相等、伸杆时差动阀的通流能力小于标准控制阀等,并对差动阀的选型和使用进行了讨论。The differential valve is the special proportional directional valve with the spool type R,which together with the asymmetrical cylinder can form the differential circuit without additional valves.The steady state characteristics about the pressure,load force and velocity of the asymmetrical cylinder controlled by the differential valve are given through the theoretical deduction.Compared with the asymmetrical cylinder controlled by the normal proportional directional valve,the asymmetrical cylinder controlled by the differential valve presents some unique features.For example,the forward and backward velocities of the asymmetrical cylinder with the area ratio of 0.5 controlled by the differential valve are equal at zero load,and the flow capacity of the differential valve is less than that of the normal proportional directional valve at the extended direction under the same condition.The selection and operation of the differential valve are also discussed finally.
