摘 要:针对我国目前生活垃圾焚烧厂垃圾池设计荷载取值不明确的问题,根据垃圾池内垃圾的堆积方式和结构的防腐要求,设计了垃圾池荷载的监测方案。在湖南某生活垃圾焚烧厂垃圾池内布置测点,对垃圾池内底板竖向压力和垃圾堆高进行监测,获得了相应的实测数据。采用概率统计方法对垃圾池在不同垃圾堆高下的池底竖向压力、垃圾平均堆积重度和分层重度进行了统计分析,提出了垃圾焚烧厂垃圾分层重度的取值建议方案。研究成果可为生活垃圾焚烧厂房垃圾池结构的设计提供基础资料和技术支持。Aiming at the problem that the design load values of garbage pool in domestic waste incineration plant is undefined at present, according to the accumulation mode of waste in garbage pool and the anticorrosion requirements of the structure, the monitoring scheme of load in garbage pool was designed. The vertical pressure on the bottom and the height of the garbage inside the pool were monitored by sensors, which were installed in the garbage pool of a domestic waste incineration plant in Hunan Province, and the corresponding measured data were obtained. The vertical pressure at the bottom, average bulk density and stratified density of garbage at different heap heights were statistically analyzed by probability statistics method,and the recommended value schemes for stratified density of garbage in the garbage pool of domestic waste incineration plant were put forward. The results can provide basic data and technical support for the structure design of garbage pool in domestic waste incineration plant.
