摘  要:为了对4种不同厂拌热再生方案的经济环保性进行合理、客观的评价,以旧苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer,SBS)改性沥青路面为再生对象,借助大量计算及清单分析方法,对不同热再生方案的经济成本及环保效益进行了系统的量化分析。结果表明:4种方案中,先使用SK-90^(#)新基质沥青和再生剂恢复旧料表面沥青性能、然后添加SK-70^(#)基质沥青以满足再生料最佳油石比的再生方案,不仅有益于提高沥青混合料回收料(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)的利用率、保证再生料性能优异,而且在经济和环保效益方面同样具有显著优势。以陕西省每年使用30万t厂拌热再生沥青混合料计算,相比于常用的添加新SBS改性沥青再生的方案,该方案可以节省经济成本和能源消耗分别约为924万元、1.0×10^(9)MJ。The objective of this study is to make a reasonable and objective evaluation of the economic and environmental protection of four kinds of hot central plant recycling methods. The reclaimed styrene-butadienestyrene block copolymer(SBS) modified asphalt pavement was used as the regeneration object in this paper.Then, a systematic quantitative analysis of the economic costs and environmental benefits of different recycling methods was conducted through a large number of calculations and the inventory analysis method. Results show that the fresh SK-90^(#)matrix asphalt and rejuvenating agent should be used primarily to restore the surface asphalt performance of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP), and then the SK-70^(#)should be added to meet the requirements of the optimal asphalt aggregate ratio of recycled mixture. Among the four methods, this method not only guarantees the performance of recycled mixture and improves the utilization rate of RAP, but also has significant advantages in terms of economic and environmental benefits. According to the dosage of hot central plant recycling mixture of approximately 3×10^(5)t in Shaanxi Province every year, the economic costs and energy consumption can be saved about 9.24 million yuan and 1.0×10^(9)MJ, respectively compared with the commonly used schemes of adding new SBS modified asphalt for regeneration.
