小儿健脾膏促进大鼠回肠收缩作用机制的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿健脾膏促进大鼠回肠收缩的作用机制与可能的物质基础。方法:以大鼠离体回肠肌为标本,运用生物肌能实验系统,分别以阿托品、西替利嗪及新斯的明为工具药,考察小儿健脾膏对各工具药组大鼠离体回肠收缩的影响。结果:浴槽中加入小儿健脾膏后,阿托品对大鼠离体回肠收缩的抑制作用显著减弱;西替利嗪对大鼠离体回肠收缩幅度影响不大,但浴槽中加入西替利嗪后,小儿健脾膏对离体大鼠回肠收缩的促进作用明显减弱;小儿健脾膏与新斯的明促进大鼠离体回肠收缩具有协同作用。结论:小儿健脾膏促进大鼠回肠平滑肌收缩的作用机制与其具有M受体样和组胺样作用有关;并且其所含类M受体激动剂样物质和类组胺样物质是促进大鼠回肠收缩的重要物质基础。Objective:To observe the mechanism and possible material basis of Xiaoer Jianpi Plaster in promoting ileum contraction in rats.Methods:Using rat ileum muscle in vitro as samples,through biomuscular energy experiment system,and taking Atropine,Cetirizine,and Neostigmine as tool drugs.To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Jianpi Plaster on ileum contraction of rats in vitro,which used these drugs separately.Results:The inhibitory effect of Atropine on the ileum contraction of rats in vitro was significantly reduced after adding Xiaoer Jianpi Plaster to the bath;Cetirizine has little effect on the ileum contraction of rats in vitro,but after adding Cetirizine to the bath,the promotion effect of Xiaoer Jianpi Plaster on ileum contraction of rats in vitro was significantly weakened;Synergistic effect of Xiaoer Jianpi plaster and Neostigmine on promoting isolated ileum contraction of rats.Conclusion:The mechanism of Xiaoer Jianpi Plaster promoting ileum smooth muscle contraction of rats in vitro is related to its M receptor-like and histamine-like effects;at the same time,it showed that the M receptor agonist-like substance and histamine-like substance contained in the drug are vital material foundations for the drug to promote ileum contraction in rats.
