摘 要:滑坡-泥石流灾害链是在特定条件下发生的滑坡引发泥石流的灾变现象,对周边人民生命财产安全、生态环境等构成了巨大威胁,研究两者之间的共生关系进而提出断链措施和除险减灾方法,具有重要的实际意义。总结了国内外滑坡、泥石流的研究现状,讨论了两者之间的共生关系,评述了滑坡-泥石流灾害链的致灾因素和国内外对该类灾害链的风险评估方法,探讨了灾害链的发生机制和与其他灾种链接形成的次生灾害链类型,提出了相应的断链措施,以阻止灾害链的进一步扩大。Landslide and mud-rock flow based hazard chain is a catastrophic incident caused by landslide under speci-fic conditions,which imposes a tremendous threat to surrounding residents and their properties,ecological environment and so on.It is of great practical significance to study the intergrowth relationship between landslide and mud-rock flow and then propose the chain-cutting actions and approaches to disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on the research status of landslide and debris flow at home and abroad,in this paper the intergrowth relationship between them was discussed,the factors causing landslide-debris flow based hazard chain and the risk evaluation processes of such hazard chains at home and abroad were reviewed,the occurrence mechanism of the hazard chain and the types of secondary hazard chain formed in presence of other disasters were also discussed.Some proper chain-cutting actions were advised to be taken to prevent the hazard chain from further extension.
