摘 要:随着我国经济的快速发展,对矿产资源的需求不断增加,同时选矿所产生的尾矿量也急剧增长;另外,随着矿业高质量发展要求以及"碳中和碳达峰"战略的提出,尾矿固废处置问题的有效解决已刻不容缓。介绍了我国尾矿固废的堆存和综合利用现状,总结了我国尾矿固废处置方式,主要有尾矿资源回收利用、回填矿山采空区、作为建筑材料的原料、制作肥料、围池造田等;针对尾矿固废有效处置问题,从政策支持、技术创新、大数据平台建设等方面提出了若干建议。With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for mineral resources is ever increasing,as a result,the volume of tailings generated from beneficiation plant is also on the rise.To meet the requirements for high-quality development of mining industry and to carry out proposed"carbon neutralization and carbon peak"strategy,the effective solution to disposal of tailings as a solid waste should be executed without any delay.This paper presents the current stockpile and comprehensive utilization of tailings as a solid waste in China,and summarizes the approaches to the disposal of tailings,which consist mainly of recycling tailings,backfilling tailings into mined-out area(goaf),tailings to be used as raw material of construction and for making fertilizers,polderization for farmland.Some suggestions were made to solve any problems for the purpose of efficient disposal of tailings with supporting policies,technological innovation campaign and the construction of big data platform.
