摘　　要：乡村振兴战略,是新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手,是金融系统开展农村金融服务工作的根本遵循,对助力农村产业、经济发展具有重要意义。针对当前农村新型社区建设发展存在的主要问题,相关部门应通过优化新型农村社区建设产业结构及产业布局、明确新型农村社区建设的行政管理与社区服务精准定位、完善新型农村社区社会保障体系、丰富新型农村社区建设的服务功能、强化新型农村社区建设的政策倾斜与政府支持等路径,实现乡村振兴战略背景下农村新型社区建设的又好又快发展。The strategy of rural revitalization is the main focus of the"three rural"work in the new era.It is the fundamental follow of the financial system to carry out rural financial services.It is of great significance to the development of rural industries and economics.In view of the current main problems in the development of new rural communities,relevant departments should optimize the industrial structure and industrial layout of the new rural community construction,clarify the precise positioning of the administrative management and community services of the new rural community The service function of the construction of the new rural community,the policy preference and government support for the construction of the new rural community,etc.,to achieve the sound and rapid development of the construction of the new rural community under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.
