精准扶贫视域下贫困大学生资助中的问题及对策

摘　　要：精准扶贫是习近平总书记2013年针对党和政府扶贫工作,提出的重要指示,对于高校贫困大学生资助也具有指导与借鉴意义。当前我国高校的贫困大学生资助中存在援助对象甄选均衡化、机械化,注重物质层面需求、忽略精神方面需求,以及缺乏专业的工作队伍等不足,从而影响到资助的效果。高校可以通过借助精准扶贫理念,创新大学生资助的价值导向、方式与方法等,从而促进资助效果的提升。Targeted poverty alleviation is a guideline and policy that put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in 2013.It can guide the poverty alleviation work of the Party and the government,and it also has guidance and reference value for the aid of poor college students.At present,there are some deficiencies in the aid to poor college students,such as balanced selection of aid objects,more attention to material needs,neglect of spiritual needs,and lack of professional working team,which affect the effect of the aid.By virtue of the concept of targeted poverty alleviation,colleges and universities can innovate the value orientation,ways and methods of college students'financial aid,so as to promote the improvement of financial aid effect.
