摘　　要：多杀性巴氏杆菌是引起兔呼吸道疾病的重要病原。2020年12月,福建省某兔场发生一起呼吸道传染病,从病死兔肺脏样品中分离到一株D型多杀性巴氏杆菌PMD2057。PMD2057经滴鼻感染试验兔,能复制出临床症状和病变特征与自然感染发病病例相同的病兔,且能从试验兔的肺脏样品中回收到该菌,证实D型多杀性巴氏杆菌PMD2057是该起呼吸道传染病的病原。药敏试验结果显示,PMD2057对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、阿奇霉素和头孢克肟高度敏感,对氨苄西林、庆大霉素、恩诺沙星和头孢唑肟中度敏感,对链霉素和头孢曲松不敏感。Pasteurella multocida is an important pathogen that causing infectious respiratory disease in rabbits.In December 2020,an infectious respiratory disease broke out in a rabbit farm in Fujian Province.A P.multocida serogroup D strain named PMD2057 was isolated from the lungs of the rabbits died of the infectious respiratory disease.The clinical signs and pathological lesion of the PMD2057 infected rabbits were identical with that of naturally infected ones,suggesting that the PMD2057 was the causative agent of the infectious respiratory disease.The results of antimicrobial susceptibility testing showed that the PMD2057 was susceptible to ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,azithromycin and cefminox,intermediately susceptible to ampicillin,gentamicin,enfloxacin and ceftizoxime,resistant to streptomycin and ceftriaxone.
