厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的:分析厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的应用意义。方法:2019年1-12月收治原发性高血压患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗;观察组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗。比较两组患者血压水平、并发症发生率、治疗总有效率以及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗后舒张压和收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、精神活力、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压疗效确切。Objective:To analyze the application significance of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:From January to December in 2019,80 patients with essential hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with irbesartan.The observation group was treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The blood pressure level,complication rate,total effective rate of treatment and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of physiological function,mental vitality and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets have definite efficacy in the treatment of essential hypertension.
