摘　　要：村级党组织是党带领农民持续致富的末端神经。因此,要振兴农村经济,西部地区村级党组织就要做到“瞄准靶心”“响鼓重锤”,充分发挥村级党组织的引领作用,把党在政治、组织等方面的优势转化为推动农村经济发展的动能,保障农村经济持续健康发展。A village-level party organization is the terminal nerve for the Party to lead peasants to get rich continuously.Therefore,to revitalize the rural economy,the village-level party organizations in China west should"aim at the target","blow the trumpet"and give the leading role of the village-level party organizations a full play,transform the party's advantages in politics,organization and other aspects into the driving forces of rural economic development,and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the rural economy.
