摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,“社区”这个基础单元在城市化发展中尤为关键。社区干部作为社区的管理人员,能否担当作为直接决定了社区管理是否到位。当今新形势对社区发展和社区干部队伍提出了新的要求,开展贵阳市社区队伍干部建设工作势在必行。With the development of urbanization in China,the basic unit of“community”is very important in the development of urbanization.Community cadres as community managers,as a direct decision on whether the community management is in place.Today’s new situation puts forward new requirements for community development and community cadres,and it is imperative to enhance the construction of community cadres in Guiyang.
