摘　　要：文章在明确科技期刊学术质量重要性的基础上,分析了影响科技期刊学术质量的因素,并从获取优秀稿源、规范出版流程、发挥编委会的作用、提升编辑的道德素养和业务能力、提升作者的写作能力等多角度出发,探索科技期刊学术质量提升的策略,以期为广大期刊工作者提供参考和借鉴。Based on an analysis of importance for the academic quality of technical journals,the authors of this thesis have analyzed influencing factors for the academic quality of technical journals.Furthermore,they have analyzed the improvement strategies for the academic quality of technical journals.The strategies of enhancing academic quality include organizing excellent manuscripts,standardizing publication process,giving full play to the role of editor committees,improving editor’s ability and improving author’s writing ability.This thesis aims at applying strategies to enhancing the academic quality of editors.
