摘　　要：政府采购人角色随着国家法制化建设进程的推进逐渐变得清晰起来,而其履行职责中的部分不理性行为不仅造成了财政资金的浪费,还会在一定程度上影响到政府形象和社会风气。在信息化建设时代背景下,通过运用"经济人"假设模型对有一定代表性的不理性行为展开分析,以期对规范政府采购人行为发挥一定的作用。The role of government purchasers has gradually become clear with the advancement of the national legal construction process,and some irrational behaviors in the performance of their duties not only cause the waste of financial funds,but also affect the government image and social custom to a certain extent.In the era of informationization construction,this paper analyzes the representative of the irrational behavior by using the hypothesis model of“economic man”,in order to play a certain role in regulating the behavior of government purchasers.
