摘　　要：水泥发泡剂通常用来生产发泡混凝土,将其作为超轻加气砼发泡材料的研究较少。从影响水泥发泡剂的发泡条件即反应时间、发泡剂浓度和稳泡时间入手,将水泥发泡剂作为发气剂,利用水泥作为主要基体材料,复掺粉煤灰作为分散剂,生石灰作为胶凝材料,添加少量稳泡剂和减水剂,制备出抗压强度为1.3 MPa,干密度为289 kg/m^(3),导热系数为0.09 W/(m·k)的蒸压加气砼砌块,为利用水泥发泡剂生产水泥基保温隔声墙材提供了很好的解决思路。Cement foaming agent is usually used to produce foamed concrete,and there are few studies on it as an ultra-light air-entrained concrete foaming material.This research starts with the foaming conditions that affect the cement foaming agent,namely reaction time,foaming agent concentration and foam stabilization time.The cement foaming agent is used as a gas generating agent,cement is used as the main matrix material,and fly ash is compounded as a dispersing agent.As the cementing material,quicklime is added with a small amount of foam stabilizer and water reducing agent to prepare an autoclaved aerated gas with compressive strength of 1.3 MPa,dry density of 289 kg/m^(3),and thermal conductivity of 0.09 W/(m·k) concrete blocks,providing a good solution for the use of cement foaming agent to produce cement-based insulation and sound insulation wall materials.
