摘  要:以焦油氨水为原料、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵-Tween80为复配型乳化剂,制得一种煤炭捕收剂,并进行浮选实验。结果表明,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵-Tween80复配型乳化液的油水比为3:7(质量分数比)、油剂比为15:3.4(质量分数比)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵与Tween80的复配比为1:1(质量分数比),乳化液宏观呈黄棕色,水包油型,平均粒径为3.93μm,稳定性好;所制备的煤炭捕收剂浮选效果良好,选择性优于煤油,并且浮选成本显著降低。A coal collector was prepared with tar ammonia as raw material and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide Tween80 as compound emulsifier,and the flotation experiment was carried out.The results show that the oil-water ratio of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide Tween80 composite emulsion is 3:7(mass fraction ratio),the oil agent ratio is 15:3.4(mass fraction ratio),and the composite ratio of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and Tween80 is 1:1(mass fraction ratio).The emulsion is yellowish brown,oil in water,with an average particle size of 3.93 μ m with good stability.The prepared coal collector has good flotation effect,better selectivity than kerosene,and the flotation cost is significantly reduced.
