摘　　要：为解决焦炉煤气利用不足或利用不当所导致的资源浪费和环境污染的问题,在对焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺简单概述的基础上,分析当前焦炉煤气制备甲醇所存在的问题,并重点对中压蒸汽管道和驰放气管道进行技术改造,并经实践表明,对焦炉煤气制甲醇技术改造后不仅可增加甲醇的产量,而且还能后降低能源的浪费,提升装置运行的稳定性。In order to solve the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by insufficient or improper utilization of coke oven gas,based on a brief overview of the process of preparing methanol from coke oven gas,the problems existing in the preparation of methanol from coke oven gas are analyzed,and the technical transformation of medium pressure steam pipe and exhaust pipe is emphasized.The practice shows that the technical transformation of methanol from coke oven gas can not only increase the output of methanol,but also reduce the waste of energy and improve the operation stability of the unit.
