强化生物脱氮除磷技术在污水处理中的研究

摘  要:针对目前污水处理过程中严重依赖药剂脱氮除磷成本高的不足,提出了一种新的强化生物脱氮除磷工艺,通过强化反硝化过程、提高碳源利用率、建立药剂投放智能控制系统等方案对污水脱氮除磷工艺进行优化。根据实际应用结果表明,新的处理工艺能够将脱氮效率由最初的55%提升到目前的76%,将每月的药剂消耗量降低73.5%,有效地提升了污水净化经济性和效率。In view of the high cost of chemical nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the current sewage treatment process,a new enhanced biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process is proposed.The sewage nitrogen and phosphorus removal process is optimized by strengthening the denitrification process,improving the utilization rate of carbon source and establishing the intelligent control system of chemical dosing.According to the practical application results,the new treatment process can improve the denitrification efficiency from the initial 55% to the current 76%,reduce the monthly reagent consumption by 73.5%,and effectively improve the economy and efficiency of sewage purification.
