摘　　要：分析白坯帘子布制造过程中产生棉尘的现状,从纬纱杂质含量、操作工对纬纱进行加湿、调整折边器废气气压等多方面分析了产生棉尘的原因,并据此提出了针对性收集措施,通过措施实施,有效提高车间棉尘收集率,净化了车间环境,保证了白坯帘子布质量。This paper analyzes the current situation of cotton dust in the manufacturing process of blank cord fabric,and the causes of cotton dust from the aspects of weft impurity content,weft humidification by operators,and adjustment of waste gas pressure of flanger,and puts forward corresponding collection measures.Through the implementation of the measures,the cotton dust collection rate in the workshop is effectively improved,the workshop environment is purified,and the quality of blank cord fabric is guaranteed.
