摘  要:为研究六缸柴油机用消声器振动特性,通过模态分析、模态测试与振动测试相结合的研究方法来分析消声器总成的振动特性及其在发动机不同转速点火激励下的振动响应,以提高其1阶约束模态同时对消声器总成开展结构优化。研究结果发现,原消声器总成故障主要原因是前2阶约束模态在发动机点火激励频率范围内,在1000rpm、1360rpm附近与发动机点火激励频率耦合,形成共振,振动烈度由尾管自上而下逐渐降低,最终导致疲劳断裂。优化后,消声器总成1阶约束模态由50Hz提升至80Hz,在1000rpm处尾管末端振动烈度由433mm/s降低至44mm/s,提升效果显著。后期小批量市场验证表明改进效果可行、可信。该研究可为农业机械和工程机械用立式消声器结构的结构优化及故障诊断提供参考。In order to study the vibration characteristic of the Muffler for the six-cylinder engine,based on the modal analysis,modal testing and vibration testing with the combination of research methods,the inner characteristic of the Muffler during the entire engine speed range is researched to improve it′s first-order modal frequency and optimize the muffler assembly structure.Results show that the main reason of the fault of the former Muffler is the first two order models are in the engine′s ignition incentive frequency range,get coupled near the 1000 rpm,the vibration intensity gradually reducing from the liner top to the bottom,eventually lead to fatigue fracture.After optimization,muffler assembly constraint modal from 50 Hz to 80 Hz,the vibration level reduced from 433 mm/s to 44 mm/s at 1000 rpm on the tail end of the pipe,the vibration level reduced from 308 mm/s to 42 mm/s a1345 rpm.After improved,there exist a slight resonance at 1600 rpm,the vibration level is 92 mm/s.Combining the above knowable,the optimization effects are remarkable.Later small batch validation show that the optimized muffler assembly have never appeared any fault phenomenon,proved that the optimization is reliable and remarkable.The research could provide agricultural machinery and engineering machinery with vertical muffler structure vibration characteristic analysis and structure optimization with reference.
