摘 要:研究采用超音速火焰喷涂技术(HVOF)在45钢基体表面制备了不同镍包石墨掺杂含量(5 wt.%、10 wt.%、15 wt.%)的Ni60-WC复合涂层,对粉末的显微组织和涂层的显微组织、力学性能以及耐磨耐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:Ni60-WC粉末呈球形或椭球形形貌,物相组成主要有(Fe,Ni)_(23)C_(6)、Ni、WC等;镍包石墨粉末呈不规则形状,物相组成有Ni和石墨;两种粉末的粒径分布范围主要在15~45μm。涂层致密且与基体结合紧密,显现出层状结构,涂层的物相组成主要有Ni、WC、CrSi和石墨相等,涂层的孔隙率均在1%~2%左右,涂层的显微硬度均在700~800 HV左右,Ni60-WC+15 wt.%Ni-C复合涂层表现出更佳的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能。HVOF is used to prepare Ni60-WC composite coatings with different nickel-coated graphite doping content(5 wt.%,10 wt.%,15 wt.%)on the surface of 45 steel substrate.The Microstructure of powder and the microstructure,mechanical properties,wear and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied.The results show that the Ni60-WC powder has a spherical or ellipsoidal morphology,and the phase composition mainly includes(Fe,Ni)_(23)C_(6),Ni,WC,etc.;the nickel-coated graphite powder has an irregular shape,and the phase composition includes Ni and graphite;The particle size distribution range of this powder is mainly with 15~45μm.The coating is dense and closely combined with the substrate,showing a layered structure.The phase composition of the coating is mainly equal to Ni,WC,CrSi and graphite.The porosity of the coating is about 1%~2%.The hardness is about 700~800 HV,and the Ni60-WC+15 wt.%Ni-C composite coating shows better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
