摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,具有丰富的科学内涵与思想意蕴。其重要内容在于实现人与自然和谐共生,通过保护生态环境从根本上保障民生福祉。公园城市,则是在习近平生态文明思想指导下,对工业城市发展模式的根本变革和对推进生态文明建设的创新探索与科学实践。它是自然生态域和城市社会场的深度耦合,是以健全的生态系统为依托所塑造出的现代新型城市,也是实现生态效益、经济效益和社会福利和谐统一的有机体。从经济价值理论角度审视生态文明时代的公园城市发展,其关键内涵就在于生态价值转化,即在城市建设中探寻将“绿水青山”转化为“金山银山”的有效路径,探索如何处理生态环境保护与经济增长之间的关系,为城市可持续发展创造新的“增长极”。文章从历史发展高度深刻阐述了习近平生态文明思想的科学内涵,厘清了公园城市的发展背景与理论内涵,并从价值论的创新角度解读了公园城市生态价值转化的经济机制和主要路径。从理论维度和实践路径明晰了习近平生态文明思想始终引领公园城市的发展变革,推动新时代下的城市建设理念从工业逻辑回归生态逻辑,进一步强调公园城市是探寻人与自然和谐共生的发展之道和以生态价值转化增进社会民生福祉的全新发展范式,为形成生态环境保护与社会经济发展同向而行、相辅相成的协同创新机制,探寻生态系统与人类社会永续发展的内在动力源泉提供了重要思考。Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Charac⁃teristics for a New Era and has rich scientific and ideological implications.Its core is to achieve a harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and to fundamentally ensure people’s well-being by protecting the ecological environment.Under the guidance of Xi Jin⁃ping Thought on Ecological Civilization,‘Park city’construction has become the fundamental reform of the industrial city development mode and the innovative exploration and scientific practice of promoting the transformation of ecological civilization.A‘Park City’is the result of a deep coupling of the natural ecological domain and the urban social field;it is a modern new city based on a sound ecolog⁃ical system and an organism that can realize the harmonious unity of ecological benefits,economic benefits,and social welfare.The key to the examination of the development of‘Park City’construction in the era of ecological civilization from the perspective of economic value theory lies in the transformation of ecological value.It means that in city construction,it is necessary to explore the path to trans⁃form‘lucid waters and lush mountains’into‘invaluable assets’in order to create a new‘growth pole’for sustainable urban develop⁃ment.In this way,the relationship between the ecological environment and economic growth can be effectively solved.This article ex⁃pounds deeply the scientific implications of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization from the height of historical development,clarifies the development background and theoretical foundation of‘Park City’construction,and interprets the economic mechanism and main path of ecological value transformation of‘Park Cities’from the perspective of value theory innovation.This article also dem⁃onstrates that Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization can always lead the‘Park City’development and reform from a theoretical level an
