摘 要:带均压槽的双面空气静压止推轴承设计不当易引发轴承自激振动。在对初始偏心轴承进行刚体-流场耦合瞬态求解后,分析了轴承系统振动时的轴位移和流场非定常压力脉动的频率及相位特征,研究了相位特征与非定常流场局部细节的关系,进而分析了轴承参数调整导致自激振动时的非定常压力脉动。结果表明,流场的非定常压力脉动频率与轴位移频率一致,而在节流孔与均压槽交汇处的非定常压力脉动与轴位移存在显著的相位差,且增大供气压力和均压槽深度导致自激振动时,存在相位差的区域扩大。Self-excited vibration always occurs when the double-sided aerostatic thrust bearing with pressure-equalizing groove design is unreasonable. With transient fluid-rigid coupling analysis of initial eccentric bearing, frequency and phase characteristics of shaft displacement and unsteady fluid pressure fluctuation were studied when bearing system vibrated, and the relations between phase characteristics and fluid details were investigated. Furthermore, unsteady pressure fluctuation of self-excited vibration caused by bearing parameters variation wasanalyzed. The results show that unsteady fluid pressure fluctuation frequency keeps the same with the shaft displacemen frequency, and phase difference between unsteady fluid pressure fluctuation and shaft displacemen is observed in the intersection area of orifice and groove. And the area expands when self-excited vibration is induced by increasing supply pressure or groove depth.
