摘 要:为了解决炮采工作面煤尘大的问题,本文以抚顺泰和煤矿第十二工作面为研究对象,应用煤层注水的方法从源头上来控制第十二工作面煤尘大的特点,采用理论计算的方法,设计了长孔煤层注水系统及合理的注水参数,并将其应用于现场生产实际。通过现场测试注水前后煤样含水率及煤尘浓度的变化情况可以得到:长孔煤层注水能有效改善和降低采煤工程当中产生的粉尘量,使得回采工作面和回风顺槽的环境得到较大的改善。结果表明:煤层注水技术对于泰和煤矿来说是一种有效的降尘的措施。In order to solve the problem of large coal dust in the blasting working face,this paper takes the twelfth working face of Fushun Taihe coal mine as the research object,and applies the method of coal seam water injection to control the characteristics of large coal dust in the twelfth working face from the source,using theory The calculation method,designed the long-hole coal seam water injection system and reasonable water injection parameters,and applied them to the actual production on site.Through on-site testing of the changes in coal sample moisture content and coal dust concentration before and after water injection,it can be obtained:Long-hole coal seam water injection can effectively improve and reduce the amount of dust generated in coal mining projects,so that the environment of the working face and the return air channel can be compared.Big improvement.The results show that the coal seam water injection technology is an effective dust reduction measure for Taihe Coal Mine.
