摘  要:针对量大面广的多层砖混结构住宅进行研究,并依据现行规范,提出普适性增设电梯钢井道的结构方案。对比较复杂的钢井道与既有住宅之间的连接问题,基于"弱连接"特点和钢连梁长度,借助结构分析通用有限元软件SAP 2000,对弱连接钢井道的受力性能进行分析,从而得出如下结论:当以铰接方式,直接将钢井道与既有住宅相连接时,相对独立的钢井道,其变形形态和受力特性发生了明显的变化,扭转效应明显,且顶部节点处产生了较大的相互作用,因此应慎重采用。在钢井道与既有住宅之间设置两端铰接和长度适当的钢连梁,可以有效弱化两者之间的相互作用;当钢连梁长度较大时,将对钢井道产生不利影响,甚至会造成位移指标超限,因此,在结构设计时应给予充分考虑。This paper studies the large number and wide range of multi-storey brick concrete structure houses,and puts forward the structural scheme of adding universal elevator steel shaft according to the current specifications.For the complex connection between steel shaft and existing residence,based on the characteristics of "weak connection" and the length of steel coupling beam,the mechanical performance of weak connection steel shaft is analyzed with the help of structural analysis general finite element software SAP2000,and the following conclusion is obtained.When the steel shaft is directly connected with existing residence by hinge,the relatively independent steel shaft has obvious changes in its deformation form and stress characteristics,obvious torsional effect,and large interaction at the top node,so it should be used carefully.The interaction between the steel shaft and the existing residence can be effectively weakened by setting steel coupling beam with appropriate length and hinge at both ends.When the length of steel coupling beam is large,it will have an adverse impact on the steel shaft and even cause the displacement index to exceed the limit.Therefore,it should be fully considered in the structural design.
