因战而生,向战而行——回望百年中国共产党领导下的战创伤医学发展

摘　　要：我军野战外科始于第二次国内革命战争,历经奠基起步、积累充实、成熟发展和战略提升4个阶段,已发展成为国家重点学科及国际上有重要影响力的学科。20世纪80年代,第三军医大学老一辈军事医学专家本着寓军于民、服务国家重大需求的家国情怀,将战时创伤与平时创伤相结合,由此推动了我国创伤医学的发展。特别是近40年来,我国战创伤医学已取得历史性成就,发生了历史性变化。现拥有国家重点实验室和国家临床医学中心,成为服务国家重大需求的战略科技力量。The field surgery of our army began in the year of 1927,and has gone through 4 stages,namely,foundation stage,accumulation stage,mature development stage and strategic promotion stage.It has developed into a national key discipline and an internationally recognized leader.In the 1980s,the pioneering generation of military medical experts in Third Military Medical University devoted themselves to national interests,integrated military service with civilian health care,served major national needs,and combined wartime trauma with peacetime trauma.Those endeavors promoted the development of traumatic medicine throughout China.Especially in the past 40 years,China’s trauma medicine has made historic achievements and undergone historic changes,now has both a national key laboratory and a clinical medical center,and has established itself as a strategic scientific and technological force serving the major needs of the country.
