摘  要:细胞是植物结构和功能的基本单位,植物的生长发育及其对环境变化的响应依赖于以细胞周期为基础的细胞分裂、分化和扩张。近年来,植物细胞周期调控机制研究取得了重要进展。本综述首先介绍了植物细胞周期核心调控蛋白:细胞周期蛋白Cyclin与细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶CDKs(Cyclin dependent kinases);以模式植物拟南芥为对象,重点综述了E2F、R1R2R3-MYB和WOX5(Wuschel-related homeobox 5)等转录因子,细胞周期后期促进复合物APC/C(Anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome)、SUMO类E3连接酶HPY2(High ploidy 2)等翻译后修饰调控因子,以及SMR(SIAMESE-related)蛋白、ICK/KRP(Interactor/inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases/kip-related protein)、CAKs(CDK-activating kinases)等CDK激酶抑制/激活因子等对植物细胞周期的调控的研究进展,并对植物细胞周期的研究重点和方向进行了展望。Cell is the basic unit of structure and function in plants.Plant growth and development and response to environmental changes depend on cell cycle based cell division,differentiation and expansion.In recent years,many important advances have been made in research on regulation mechanism of cell cycle in plants.The core regulatory proteins of plant cell cycle,including CDKs(Cyclin and cyclin dependent kinases),were introduced in the article.This article reviewed the research progress of plant cell cycle regulation,focusing on transcription factors such as E2 F,R1 R2 R3-MYB and WOX5(Wuschel-related homeobox 5),APC/C(Anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome),HPY2(SUMO E3 ligase high ploidy 2)and other post-translational regulatory factors,as well as SMR(SIAMESE-related)proteins,ICK/KRP(Interactor/inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases/kip-related proteins),CAKs(CDKactivating kinases)and other CDK inhibitors or activators,in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.The resea-rch priorities and direction of plant cell cycle are also prospected.
