摘 要:为了促进贵州籼稻优质稻米品种的选育,本试验使用‘华占’等30份常用籼稻材料,对直链淀粉含量、千粒重、长宽比、糙米率、精米率、整精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度8个稻米品质性状进行了相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。发现籼稻资源‘鄂丰丝苗’的F值最高,综合品质性状最好,说明在优质稻米方面,鄂丰丝苗适应贵州生态环境的能力相对较强;籼稻资源‘滇屯502’的F值最低,综合品质性状最差,说明在优质稻米方面,‘滇屯502’适应贵州生态环境的能力相对较弱;在欧式距离为10.5时,30份籼稻资源品质性状可划分为3类,第1类为‘鄂丰丝苗’、‘五山丝苗’等8个指标综合得分较高的12个品种资源;第2类为‘天龙1号’、‘珍香2号’等综合指标均相对适中的14个品种资源;第3类为‘滇屯502’、‘中嘉早17’、‘成丰B’、‘泰丰B’综合得分最低,垩白粒率与垩白度都相对较高的4个品种资源。In order to promote the selection and breeding of high-quality indica rice varieties in Guizhou Province,30 commonly indica rice varieties such as’Huazhan’as the materials in this study,to analyze 8 quality traits such as amylose content,1000-grain weight,length-width ratio,brown rice rate,milled rice rate,head milled rice ratio,chalky grain rate and chalky degree with correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.It was found that the F value of’Efengsimiao’of indica rice resources was the highest,and the comprehensive quality traits were the best,indicating that’Efengsimiao’had relatively strong ability to adapt to the ecological environment in Guizhou in terms of high quality rice.The F value of indica rice resource’Diantun502’was the lowest,and its comprehensive quality traits were the worst,indicating that’Diantun502’had relatively weak ability to adapt to the ecological environment in Guizhou in terms of high quality rice.When the Euclides distance was 10.5,the 30 indica rice resources could be divided into three types of quality traits.The first type was 12 cultivars with high scores of 8 indexes,such as’Efengsimiao’and’Wushansimiao’.The second category was 14 cultivars with relatively moderate comprehensive indexes such as’Tianlong No.1’,’Zhenxiang No.2’.The third category was’Diantun502’,’Zhongjiazao17’,’Chengfeng B’,and’Taifeng B’with the lowest comprehensive score and relatively high chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree.
