摘 要:随着开关设备的快速发展,接触故障导致的发热问题长期存在且显著影响开关柜的工作性能。为探究开关设备在进线母排搭接处故障、梅花触头故障以及断路器触头故障3种典型接触故障下的温升特性,针对KYN28-12型中压开关柜,运用有限元分析法建立了3维温度场–流场的多物理场耦合模型,对比分析了开关柜在正常和典型接触故障下的流场和温度场分布特性。研究结果表明:在接触故障时开关柜整体温升提高,故障点温升最高。相同故障接触电阻下,断路器触头故障的温升最高,进线母排搭接处故障其次,梅花触头故障最小。不同接触故障情况下,进线母排搭接处故障对流场改变较大,尤其是母线室的流场不再环绕母排而呈现流向母排的流动趋势,其余情况流场改变较小。3种接触故障下温度场与流场均呈现耦合特性。研究结果为针对开关柜温升问题的改良设计打下基础,给开关柜温度在线监测的监测点选择提供了理论依据。With the rapid development of switchgear,the heating problem caused by contact fault exists for a long time and significantly affects the working performance of switch cabinet.To explore the temperature rise characteristics of medium-voltage switchgear in case of three typical contact failures,including the lapping zone of the bus bar contact failure,tulip contacts contact failure and circuit breaker contact failure,a three-dimensional multi-physics coupling model of temperature field and flow field is established by the use of finite element analysis method for KYN28-12 medium-voltage switch cabinet,and the distribution characteristics of flow field and temperature field between normal and typical contact faults of switch cabinet are compared and analyzed.The results show that the overall temperature rise of the switchgear increases when the contact failure occurs,and the temperature rise at the fault point is the highest.Under the same resistance of contact fault,the temperature rise of circuit breaker contact fault is the highest,that of the lapping zone of the bus bar contact failure is the next,and that of the tulip contacts contact failure is the lowest.In the case of different contact faults,the characteristics of flow field changes greatly when contact failure exists on the lapping zone of bus bar,especially the flow field in the bus room no longer surrounds the bus bar but shows a trend of flowing towards the bus bar,while the distribution of flow field changes slightly in other cases.The temperature field and flow field show coupling characteristics under all of three contact faults.The research results lay the foundation for the improved design of the switchgear in terms of temperature rise and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of monitoring points for the online monitoring of the switchgear temperature.
